Who can place orders?

Anyone with an account can place an order. If you are purchasing items for personal use, please check out with your credit card. If you are purchasing items for practices or events, please use your billing reference code if the purchase has been approved by your manager. To use your billing reference code at checkout for payment you must be an authorized user.

Can I buy something for myself and pay on my own?

Yes. You can make a purchase for personal use and check out with your credit card.

What types of items can be ordered here?

From branded shirts for events, gifts for hospitals, or branded jackets for your team, we’ve got you covered. Use the main menu in this shop to see available items. Please note that all items are approved for purchase in the color and logo options shown. Only choose from the options shown on this site. In accordance with our brand guidelines and established systems, CHB cannot source items in colors not included on this site nor items not already listed here. From time to time, new items may be added for purchase.

Can I have my order shipped to multiple addresses?

Each order can be shipped to only one address. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please create separate orders for each address.

What about the budget?

Approved budgets are overseen by the sales team’s managers. You must have manager approval to place an order and charge it to your department’s billing reference code. Unapproved orders may be canceled. For all other staff placing orders, please enter your credit card at checkout to make a purchase. Only staff members with approved budgets may use a billing reference code at checkout.
